Ask almost anyone, and they will tell you that they would far sooner be surrounded by plants than more concrete and lifeless walls. But most people are forced to take the ‘lifeless’ option over plants as they don’t always know how to place plants or how to care for them!
Here are some of them below:
The bird's nest fern. A must-have for any indoor plant collection. Easy to care for: keep soil moist and give it indirect light. Amazing to watch each new leaf as it unfurls and opens to the light.

These little guys are so easy to look after, can handle low light conditions but will thrive in bright indirect light. Also known as butterflyplant or arrowheadplant, they're fast growing and are very good candidates for leca , semihydro or even fullwaterculture. Prefers to stay slightly moist.
Also known as Calathea lancifolia, prayer plant or rattlesnake plant. Incredible, contrasted patterns on tops of leaves with bright red undersides. Loves low light and high humidity. Perfect for near a bathroom window where it can enjoy mist from the shower or nestled amongst other plants. No direct sunlight. Likes to stay moist but not wet.
The Hurricane Bird’s nest fern is a twisted form of the regular bird’s nest fern and is just as easy to care for. Bright light, soil always moist but not soggy.
